12 Years experience as a Personal Trainer with clients having a variety of goals from weight loss to sports performance and injury rehabilitation. High-energy training sessions, along with setting realistic short term and long term goals for clients allows me to effectively assist every client in achieving optimal health. As I adopt each client’s fitness goals as my own, I also wish to spread my philosophy on good health and fitness everyday to ensure that their perception of fitness is aligned with what it actually takes to get in shape and stay in shape. The fitness industry is full of trends, fads, short cuts, and other things that don't work quite as good as actual work!
